As with anything worthwhile, our services come with some terms and conditions. These are not to make life harder or to create friction, but simply to ensure that neither party makes any assumptions as we all know what that leads to…Please ensure that you read through these at least once to help us sustain the highest quality business relationship with you our customer.

Quotations:

• Pricing on quotations can only be guaranteed for seven days from date of quote
• Quotations can only be accepted via email or a phone call – please quote the reference number and state specifics of what you require if not everything contained within the quote
• Once a quote has been accepted you are liable for the full amount if the goods have been ordered from suppliers – even if you cancel the order later
• Any quotation amounting to more than R1000 (excluding labor) is payable in advance before any action will be taken
• Please note that errors and omissions are expected
• Furthermore, please keep in mind that a quote is only an estimate and pricing may differ slightly on final  invoice, but we endeavor to provide ethical service and will not include any “surprise charges” for any reason other than unforeseen costs involved in the work/products delivered and not without prior notification
• Stock is subject so supplier availability and WB Consultants cannot be held responsible for any delays or faults with stock delivered

Invoices:

• Invoices are to be payed in full within seven days from date of issue
• All items remain the property of WB Consultants until paid for in full and we reserve the right to retrieve any items for which the payment is still outstanding after 30 days
• Payment for hosting is due in advance and if hosting has not been paid after thirty-seven (37) days the service will be suspended until all outstanding payments are made
• Please send a copy of your proof of payment to accounts@warbrad.co.za – without this we cannot issue a receipt
• Also remember to use your invoice number or company name as a reference with your payment
• Only cash or Electronic transfer is accepted

General:

• Regardless of reason, WB Consultants or any of its employees cannot be held liable for any loss of data as a result from any action direct or indirectly – regular backups are advised
• All warranties are supplier/manufacturer warranties and not that of WB Consultants
